Is there a minimum length of stay for a corporate apartment?
Most locations within the metropolitan New York, New Jersey and Connecticut have
a 30-day minimum length of stay. During certain times of the year and at certain
apartment facilities, we may offer shorter stays of one day or one week. Please
call one of our highly trained sales representatives for more information.

How will you bill me?
All monthly charges are consolidated on one, itemized statement. You may pay this
bill by check, money order or with a credit card. Credit card payments including
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners Club can be completed automatically
if you so choose by filling out a simple credit card authorization form. Our state-of-the-art
billing system can also customize billing for corporations by itemizing and billing
each charge separately.
